TEST CENTER

STUDENT PROCEDURES

The Test Center, located in room 155, provides students with an opportunity to make up test/quizzes missed due to class absences. 

Teachers will submit the missed test, along with a Test Make-Up Cover Sheet, to the Test Center. 

Students can come to the Test Center before or after school or during non-academic classes to make up tests.  Appointments are necessary, so you will need to go to the Test Center to schedule an appointment.  Test Center hours are as follows:

*All resource centers close after classes on Fridays.

All LHS school rules apply while in the Test Center.  Students are responsible for coming to the Test Center prepared to complete their test before the due date.  Students should confirm with their teacher that the test will be in the Test Center. 

Students will use the following procedures:

• Arrive on time with the necessary resources (pencil, calculator, paper, etc.) needed to take the test.
• Students must show their student ID in order to obtain your make-up test. NO ID = NO TEST.
• Students need to sign in and place all personal items in space provided.
• Once a test is started, it must be finished, unless special instructions have been given by the teacher.
• Return the completed test to the facilitator.
• Attendance will be taken in the Test Center.
• No food, drink, cell phones, I-Pods, or electronic devices of any kind will be allowed in the Test Center.
