WINTER 2008 SCHEDULE

"Be a workout partner!"

 

Do the Cross Country Cross Fit workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings in the weight room. Warm up starts at 6:15 a.m. and the workouts begin at 6:30 a.m.

 

Run with Coach Roth on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:10 at the pool doors.

Run with Coach Mark on Wednesday at 3:05 at the pool doors.

Run one other day per week (total of 4 runs/week).

 

Check the bulletin board in the locker room for upcoming races.

Have fun and stay in shape!
